Founded in 2005, Bread and Roses Bakery Cafe has been the warm, flour-dusted heart of Bloor West Village for two decades. What started as a small bread counter has grown into a beloved community gathering place where neighbours become friends over freshly baked croissants and perfectly pulled espresso.
Every loaf is handcrafted by our skilled bakers using traditional techniques and time-honoured recipes. We source locally whenever possible, use organic flour, and never rush the fermentation process — because great bread takes time, and our community deserves the very best.
