Salmon n' Bannock Bistro was founded with a simple mission: to share the rich flavours and traditions of Indigenous cuisine with Vancouver. For over 12 years, we have been a gathering place where culture meets culinary excellence.
Our name honours two foundational foods of Indigenous peoples — salmon, the lifeblood of coastal nations, and bannock, a staple bread that connects communities across Turtle Island. Every dish we serve is a celebration of resilience, tradition, and the continued vibrancy of Indigenous culture.
